  • Overview

    Primary Responsibilities Include:

    • Responsible for the end-to-end product life cycle of Contract Lifecycle Management product suite. This includes: market needs, product vision and strategy, roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, functional specification all the way through to customer enablement and success
    • Work very closely with development, QA, user experience, documentation and other product teams to execute the product strategy
    • Own and drive feature delivery end-to-end: writing user stories, working with user experience to create prototypes for usability testing, working with development, technical publications, and quality assurance teams to deliver a marketable product on time
    • Hire and manage a team of Product Managers
    • Drive product requirements from a customer- and user-driven approach
    • Engage with enterprise customers for requirements gathering, feature requests and roadmap updates
    • Represent company as a domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events
    • Define the product strategy and roadmap
    • Manage the product backlog and work with all product functions on release and sprint planning, with prioritized features
    • Be an expert with respect to the competition
    • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
    • Perform product demos to customers
    • Develop sales tools and collateral
    • Brief and train the sales force and services delivery groups on new products
    • Work closely with professional services and customer success management on key accounts as related to product strategy and delivery

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Bachelors' degree, MBA and technical disciplines preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
    • 8+ years of product management experience
    • 5+ years of Enterprise Contract Management related experience
    • 5+ years of experience in SaaS, PaaS, Salesforce-related platform or applications
    • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business requirements into a successful product strategy
    • Strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions
    • Proven ability to deliver on commitments
    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
    • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
    • Excellent team building and teamwork skills
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
    • High energy and drive
    • A passion for building great products
    • Leadership DNA, proven ability to excite and lead a development team
    • Experience with Agile Scrum development methodologies is a plus
