The Experience Coordinator is responsible for creating the first impression of the branch team and launching the Ambassador and customer experience. This position provides high-level administrative support to the Business Solutions Specialists, Business Solutions Managers and Practice/Branch Manager, in the sales and service functions of those roles, including data entry related to sales and recruiting activity, answering phones, scheduling customer and candidate appointments, assisting with screening and new-hire process for Ambassadors, processing payroll for Ambassadors, filing and other clerical work.

Assists in the sales and marketing activities of Business Solutions Specialists and Business Solutions Managers by scheduling appointments with clients and prospective clients, researching clients, and sending marketing materials to pre-designated target prospects.
Assists in the hiring process for Ambassadors, including scheduling appointments with candidates, processing pre-hire and new-hire documents, running background checks, and creating/maintaining personnel files.
Acts as a front-line liaison of the Company with both clients and candidates.
Records activity related to sales and service to the StaffSuite system. Prepares individual and branch reports as requested.
Processes timecards, payroll, and billing.
Answers telephones in a Company-consistent and friendly manner, routing calls to appropriate Co-Workers, as well as handling less complex client or Ambassador questions and issues.
